3. Quotes and Payments

- Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.

 

 3.2 Payments

 

- A non-refundable deposit of 75% of the total project cost is required before any work begins.

- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final delivery of files.

- Upon full payment, the client owns the final design files and all associated rights.

- The client agrees to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

- The client warrants that any materials provided to Your Business Graphic Solution LLC  do not infringe on any third-party rights.

 

 7. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, designs, and client lists.

 

 8. Termination

- The client may terminate the project at any time. However, the deposit is non-refundable, and the client will be invoice.
