If there is an issue caused by a production error on our end, we will work with you to correct it.
Before we print your custom order, we will send you a digital proof or mockup for approval. Production does not begin until you confirm that the design, placement, color, spelling, and details are correct.
Once the proof is approved, the order becomes final because the item is custom-made specifically for you.
