- If you decide to cancel the project before any design work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

 2.2 After Work Has Commenced

- **Initial Concepts**: If you cancel the project after the initial design concepts have been provided but before final approval, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the amount of work completed and resources expended.

- **Revisions**: No refunds will be issued once the project has moved into the revision stage, as significant time and effort have been invested by this point.

 2.3 After Final Approval

- Once you have given final approval of the design, no refunds will be provided. Final approval indicates that you are satisfied with the work delivered.

 3. How to Request a Refund
